It is 3 PM here and that would make it midnight back home. We just started our 3rd surgery of the day and will have one to go after that. It looks like it might be a bit of a long day. Things continue to go well. All the patients have done well and are happy. New patients have heard what is happening and just show up at the door. Dr Williams will do some additional cases next week after I am gone using a local anesthesiologist. I understand it is cold back home. Everyday it is in the 80's here. More later......Kevin
